MINISTRY OF GRACE - MID WEEK BOOST

Grace Through Actions

They were accustomed to seeing each other, traversing the busy corridors of the local hospital. Samona, a trained nurse from Ecuador and Trudee, Clinical Educator on the Orthopaedic Ward.
” Oh yes, a twelve month Secondment at the University, I am thrilled”. Was Trudee’s response to the Matron.
“You will begin in two weeks, please report to The University’s Administration Office at 8am”.

Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hands to do it.
Proverbs 3:27

Trudee was familiar with the university as a student.
As an assessor, she would be assisting with the training and assessing in Objective Structural Clinical Examinations, (OSCE ). An assessment and training program for nurses trained outside of the EU/EEA.This prerequisite was implemented by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, UK (NMC) . Once upon successful completion, they are registered and given the right to function as Registered Nurses in The United Kingdom.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Ephesians 2:10

At the end of the secondment, Trudee returned to the Orthopedic ward. Samona had graduated and was employed full-time. However the dynamics of their relationship had changed dramatically. No longer were they familiar faces, along the corridor, but colleagues.
Samona, confessed ” I was buoyed up, when I was assigned to Trudee’s batch. Her behavior and deportment along the corridors, were admirable. As a lecturer, she exemplified professionalism in every word and action”.

I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service
And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable will of God.
Romans 12:1-2

God’s Grace Through Actions in Jesus is, The Cross of Calvary
It was done Compassionately
It was done Sacrificially
It was done Selflessly
It was done Willingly
For You and For Me.
