The figure ahead, walking with a stick, appeared to be struggling.
It did not take long for Mario to catch up with him. “Good evening, my name is Mario, you appear to be struggling. What can I do to help you?”. The figure was an elderly gentleman, wearing glasses and hearing aids.” Well, I have had a long day. I am exhausted and can’t wait to get indoors “.
It was the winter of 2017, there was roadworks everywhere.

The road reconstruction project, which started in August, was now five months into its year-long project.

The Smart Lock system is a keyless one. Which provides home owners with the freedom to lock and unlock their premises, without the use of physical keys. Owners, are given options such as, PIN code, key tag, key card, remote fob or even a smart phone to choose from. The chosen mode is then be programmed, to to suit the owner.
In the case of Mr Jackson, the choice was the smart phone.
