He arrived in England, as an eight year old refugee. That was thirty years ago. ” It was terrifying “, he recalls. “Fear was the only language I understood. It was the only way that I communicated”. Orphaned when his parents were murdered during a night raid on their village. He was smuggled out of Africa into the UK.
In those, he felt blind. And could only visualise his future, minute by minute. He was alone and homeless, his future looked grim.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Habakkuk 2:3
He was taken in by family.
He soon noticed, how happy they were. He also observed that they read a special book. They did that together every day, in the morning and evening too.
D’nan, would soon join them for, ” The Morning and evening instructions”, as he coined it.
“I did not realise, the subtle changes those instructions began to make in my life”.
All scripture is given by the inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction: for instruction in righteousness:
11 Timothy 3:16
“It impacted every area . Filling my life with an abundance of blessings. It has given me freedom. I am free. My past is only memory”.
Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.
